NJM is offering a 2027 Paid Summer Intern Program in Trenton, NJ. The Business Planning and Analysis Summer Intern will support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, with hands-on analytics projects and exposure to leadership through seminars and networking events.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, teamwork, and communication, and requires GPA 3.0+, as well as commuting to West Trenton office. Compensation ranges up to $22/hour, with starting rate $21.

Qualifications

• Interest in Property and Casualty Insurance Industry.
• Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or other related degree
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
• High level of intellectual curiosity
• Effective communicator (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail
• Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or higher
• Commutable to our West Trenton, New Jersey Office

Overview:

The Business Planning and Analysis Summer Intern will help support the company's forecasting and budgeting process. This candidate will demonstrate skills in financial planning, analysis, and reporting while participating in a range of analytical and data analysis activities which will help lead to increased efficiencies and revenue opportunities, as well as lower operational expense levels.
