Summary:
The Business Optimization Manager is responsible for analyzing credit union processes and operations to improve efficiency, experience, and increase profitability. The Manager uses a data-driven approach to analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in various business areas, including member service, lending, operations, marketing, and back-office functions.

The good faith range for this position is $ 93,042 - $116,302 per year. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
