We are seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to be the engine behind our team's day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities
  • Drive day‑to‑day operational excellence for engineering and research teams, ensuring smooth execution of core business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including human resources, recruiting, finance, communications, and legal affairs—to deliver impactful programs.
  • Engage with diverse employee ecosystems, as well as external customers and partners, to foster strong relationships and promote best practices.
  • Positively impact the employee experience within engineering and research environments.
  • Support leadership in maintaining a robust rhythm of business, encouraging knowledge sharing and efficient operations.
  • Contribute to and participate in strategic initiatives and cross‑group projects, developing and implementing plans with clear success metrics.
  • Partner with internal communications teams to craft and deliver effective internal and external communication strategies that align with company values and brand.
  • Work alongside leaders, HR, and diversity & inclusion initiatives to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and innovative culture within our development centers.
  • Deliver programs that support strategic goals for engaging communities and ecosystems, tracking and communicating progress effectively.
  • Collaborate with finance teams and business managers on financial planning, budgeting, expense reporting, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Plan and execute a variety of events, meetings, offsites, and partnerships, both internally and externally.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to streamline operations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Influence and collaborate effectively across a highly matrixed organization to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, consistently meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of overall experience in program management or business operations.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a large, complex organizational environment.
  • Strong partnership abilities, fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for various audiences.
  • Proven execution and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with standard office productivity suite tools (e.g., presentations, word processing, spreadsheets).
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in supporting engineering or research organizations.
  • A proactive and self‑motivated approach, eager to tackle challenges with a high level of customer service.

Compensation

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
