THE ROLE

Lead the strategy and execution of our internalProduct Tools ecosystem, directly accelerating product development and business decision-making across the organization. You will define the future-state vision and roadmap for these critical platforms, ensuring they deliver measurable, timely impact. This highly visible role requires a seasoned leader to collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to drive operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Define the 3-year strategic roadmap for internal product tools, securing cross‑functional buy‑in to establish clear priorities and resource allocation that align with key business goals.

Accelerate tool delivery and adoption by leading planning and execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring the successful, on‑time launch of critical features and platform improvements.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for tool effectiveness, providing regular status and executive updates on progress, risks, and the quantifiable business impact achieved.

Proactively mitigate high‑level program risks and resolve complex cross‑team roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution and preventing delays in major roadmap milestones.

Drive sustainable impact by defining the change management strategy, focusing on successful user adoption and ensuring our tools become the integrated backbone for product operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

Program Leadership and Delivery: Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, multi‑team technical roadmaps from conception through launch and adoption.

Strategic Business Acumen: The capability to connect tool feature development with high‑level business objectives and translate technical capabilities into clear, measurable organizational value.

Technical Problem‑Solving: A strong background in technology that enables effective collaboration with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and drive efficient solutions.

Influence and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate strategy, manage expectations, and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.

We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$165,000 - $248,000 USD
