Job summary

Everpure seeks a strategic product leader to define the vision and roadmap for its data platform across hybrid cloud and cloud-native deployments. You will partner with the Leadership for the Scale AI Business Unit and other product heads to turn market trends into strategies and drive market share growth.

Bring 15+ years in product management and technical marketing, deep cloud infrastructure expertise, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.

THE ROLE

As a strategic product leader at Everpure, you will define and execute the overarching vision and roadmap for our data platform across hybrid cloud and cloud-native deployments. Partnering directly with the Leadership for the Scale AI Business Unit. This includes the product leaders for FlashBlade//Exa, Sales, and Marketing. In our role you will turn complex market trends and emerging technologies into high-growth product and business strategies. In this role, you will serve as both the primary strategic architect and global spokesperson, driving market share expansion across the Neocloud and emerging AI ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

• Define & Execute End-to-End Product Strategy: Codify a clear product vision and multi-billion dollar addressable market roadmap for Neocloud, Cloud-native and enterprise environments, translating complex business objectives into actionable engineering priorities.
• Accelerate Go-To-Market Growth: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to size target markets, define use cases, and deliver go-to-market models that drive revenue expansion and customer adoption.
• Build Ecosystem & Engineering Alignment: Partner closely with software engineering teams and external ecosystem partners to prioritize product enhancements, ensuring end-to-end solution delivery for enterprise customers.
• Evangelize & Advise as Thought Leader: Serve as a key strategic advisor to the Everpure executive team while acting as a global spokesperson, delivering compelling business and technical presentations to customers.

What You Bring

• Product Management Leadership and Technical Marketing Experience: 15+ years of product management and technical marketing experience
• Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Deep technical and business acumen across cloud data center operations, hybrid cloud architectures, and cloud-native applications, with a track record of driving complex products from strategy to market leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success influencing executive teams, collaborating directly with software engineering units, and leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and ecosystem partner channels.
• Strategic Market Analysis & Evangelism: Mastery in competitive analysis, addressable market modeling, and public speaking, with the skill to articulate complex technical platforms to diverse technical and business audiences.
• In-Office Presence: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

The Annual Base Salary Range Is

$198,000—$297,000 USD

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
