Meta's Finance and Business Planning team seeks a results-driven Business Operations Manager for Ads Sales in Menlo Park. You will shape go-to-market strategy for SMBs, lead long-range planning, budgeting, and roadmaps, and build ROI frameworks to guide resource allocation.
You will socialize data-driven narratives to executives and partner across functions to drive decisions. You will collaborate with product and business leaders, and implement scalable financial processes to improve efficiency
Finance and Business Planning is a highly mission-driven organization. Our mission is to enable Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible. We take a uniquely long-term view of business problems. It is critical that we operate with an independent and objective perspective and can represent our point of view to our partners and executive stakeholders. We serve as financial advisers to our business partners and own shared business goals and results where appropriate. We strive to balance our responsibility to support business partners with our responsibility to serve the long-term mission and sustainability of Meta and act as stewards of the company's resources. This role requires strategic thinking, influencing stakeholders through written proposals, data-driven presentations, and cross-functional alignment, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-term plans, and partner with leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. In this role, you will take on significant responsibility, work directly with product and business leaders, and contribute to decisions that shape Meta's business strategy.
