Meta Platforms, Inc. IDC team seeks an Executive Business Operations Lead to serve as strategic and operational backbone for IDC's senior leaders.

This role operates at the intersection of organizational strategy, executive decision-making, and cross-company coordination—shaping how a multi-thousand-person organization plans, prioritizes, communicates, and delivers at scale. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in business operations or related roles, 5+ years partnering with VP or C-suite

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, management consulting, program management, or Chief of Staff roles in complex, technical organizations.
• 5+ years of experience operating as a direct strategic partner to VP or C-suite executives in large organizations.
• 5+ years of experience embedded in or closely partnering with engineering/infrastructure organizations, with demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into strategic and operational clarity.
• Track record of designing and implementing scalable operating models, governance structures, and decision-making frameworks at the enterprise level.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale organizational transformations - including reorgs, operating model redesigns, and cross-company strategic initiatives - from conception through execution.
• Experience crafting compelling narratives for VP/SVP/C-suite audiences across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust, credibility, and influence with senior executives while maintaining confidentiality on highly sensitive organizational and personnel matters.
• Experience mentoring or managing business operations professionals and elevating operational excellence across an organization.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• Track record of operating effectively across multiple geographies and cultural contexts.

We're seeking an Executive Business Operations Lead to serve as the strategic and operational backbone for IDC's most senior leadership.

This role operates at the intersection of organizational strategy, executive decision-making, and cross-company coordination - shaping how a multi-thousand-person organization plans, prioritizes, communicates, and delivers at scale.

This role requires an experienced business operations executive who has operated as a trusted advisor to VP+ leaders in complex organizations. They bring sound business judgment informed by experience, enterprise-wide perspective, and the ability to architect scalable operating models that create clarity and alignment across multiple teams and workstreams. They have a track record of driving transformational initiatives, building high-performing operational functions, and operating with the discretion, credibility, and influence required to partner with VP and C-suite leadership.
