Start Date: Immediate /Summer 2025

Our Client is backed by top investors, this start up software is an AI-powered trade advisor helping businesses minimize duty expenses on imports and exports and gain access to tariff rebates. They are building the future of trade automation. The technology is revolutionizing how exporters reclaim customs duties, taxes, and fees from U.S. Customs—making the process faster, easier, and more transparent than ever before. The company launched in March 2024 and quickly raised a $5.5M seed round from Tier 1 VCs.

The company now seeks to hire an exceptional Business Operations Lead to help the scale!

The Role:

As the Business Operations Lead, you will be at the center of their growth, working directly with the founders to build and optimize our most critical business functions. You’ll drive operational execution, refine service delivery, and own financial metrics.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving problems, and wants to build a category-defining company from the ground up. If you have a background in consulting or business operations at a high-growth startup, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own customer outcomes - Drive success for customers and refine our deal execution processes to accelerate time-to-value and revenue.
  • Develop data-driven insights - Use analytics to inform strategy, improve efficiency, and measure impact.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to solve unstructured problems - Bring a consulting-style approach to tackling high-impact projects across GTM, finance, product and operations.
  • Own financial and operational planning - Work closely with leadership on financial modeling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
