The Business Operations ASO Lead will utilize technical and leadership skills, along with advanced knowledge of unit processes, to support and advise on NHP RAE Region 2 SOW and ACC3.0 requirements. This role supports general business operations, addresses questions, and assists work directed by the Director ASO Program Operations.

If you reside in Colorado, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while tackling challenging projects.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director in managing day-to-day operations of the ASO contract and oversee the Medicaid RAE Region 2 ASO agreement.
  • Provide support and input on escalated calls from NHP members and providers.
  • Educate RMHP, COPA, and enterprise staff regarding ASO SOW changes impacted by ASO updates or contractual updates affecting services.
  • Support monthly JOS meetings with NHP and RMHP leadership, anticipate contractual issues, and report status to the Director.
  • Assist with production issues impacting NHP members and providers.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with government contracts, directives, and laws related to Medicaid RAE and government programs.
  • Help develop and ensure timely and accurate filings, reports, and billings for Medicaid RAE Region 2.
  • Maintain effective interactions with RMHP and NHP operations and leadership teams.
  • Provide project management support for new initiatives and expansions.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities proactively.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure aligned processes and excellent service support.
  • This role may require travel; reliable transportation at your own expense is necessary for travel between locations, with requirements for Colorado licensure and insurance if driving.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of Colorado Medicaid.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines.
  • Resident of Colorado.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of behavioral healthcare.
  • Knowledge of the local area.
  • Understanding of health education, motivational strategies, and working empathetically with underserved populations.

The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35, depending on experience and other factors. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentives, stock options, and 401k contributions. Benefits are subject to eligibility.
