Job summary

R&R Realty Group is seeking a Business Operations Intern for Summer 2027 in West Des Moines, IA. The role supports daily property management operations with data collection, analysis and reporting to drive informed decisions.

You will help with market research, marketing program evaluations, and maintaining databases and CRM systems, while completing administrative tasks and contributing to team initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of college accounting, finance or sales/marketing.

What you'll do:The Business Operations Intern will play a critical role in supporting the daily functions and initiatives within our property management operations. The intern will assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.

• Prepares, records and analyzes reporting to summarize and interpret current and projected company, partnership or third-party ownerships financial, or market position for management.
• Performs evaluations of property management marketing programs and materials. Assists in implementing marketing program.
• Maintains various databases, templates and CRM system.
• Participates in new market research and design.
• Completes administrative tasks as assigned.

What it takes to join our team: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years of college accounting, finance or sales/marketing.
