Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a Business Development-focused professional in Goodhue, MN. You will build relationships with customers through field visits, meetings, and events, while supporting growth initiatives with the Business Development team.

Job Description

You'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Build and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers through jobsite visits, customer meetings, networking events, and other field-based interactions.
• Partner with the Business Development team to identify new sales opportunities, gather market intelligence, and support territory growth initiatives.
• Represent KE in the field by promoting company services, understanding customer needs, and communicating value-driven solutions.
• Assist with lead generation, account management activities, customer follow-up, and CRM updates to support the sales process.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to expand professional networks and increase brand awareness.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour
