Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll accuracy and time-sheet approvals.
• Prepare budget reports and financial forecasts.
• Process deposits, checks, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage purchasing through corporate HQ.
• Maintain petty cash and verify taxes and charges.
• Lead office clerical staff and act as Business Manager in absence.
• Support special projects as directed.
