Responsibilities : Our Impact :

Our team leverages advanced data analytics to identify emerging trends in loan quality, helping drive improvements and strategic business decisions. We play a key role in supporting early detection monitoring and special reviews, ensuring the highest standards in loan processing.

Your Impact :

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive actionable insights.
• Create dynamic and strategic reporting that influences business operations and uncovers new quality trends.
• Develop and implement innovative data solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and flag anomalies.
• Present findings in a clear, compelling manner that drives decision-making and operational improvements.

Qualifications :

• 2–4 years of data analysis experience, with a combination of business and technical skills, including mortgage industry experience
• 2 years of SAS, SQL programming skills, R or Python programming (SAS preferred)
• 2 years of experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to conduct database / public records searches
