Genesis10 is seeking a Data Analyst Specialist for a 6-month contract-to-hire position with a mortgage loan corporation located in Dallas, TX. This position is on-site 5 days per week.

Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated reporting analyst to migrate, create, and analyze reports to help identify opportunities for improving loan quality.

Our Impact:

Our team leverages internal tools to implement data analytical processes, identify emerging trends related to loan quality, and support the business through early detection monitoring and special reviews.

Your Impact:

• Collaborate with team members and interact across organizational lines to meet business objectives.
• Work with business leaders to create reports that drive the business and identify new quality trends.
• Think creatively and find innovative ways to develop and implement new reporting or processes.
• Perform in-depth analysis to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and internal control risks.
• Present analysis in a comprehensive and clear manner.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of data analysis experience, combining business and technical skills.
• 2 years of SAS, SQL programming skills, and R or Python programming (SAS preferred).
• 2 years of experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• MBA/MS or equivalent in a business field (Finance, Business, Economics).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to conduct database/public records searches.
