What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for member and provider satisfaction, regulatory adherence, and cost avoidance
- Translate feedback from providers, regulators, and team members into actionable criteria
- Conduct research based on analytical findings to identify and remediate root causes
- Initiate and oversee claim projects while collaborating with cross-functional team members
- Track issues and resolutions to maintain documentation and visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of hands-on operational experience, including experience with CSP Facets claims tools
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven ability to gather unclear requirements
- Demonstrated experience using front-end reporting tools such as Orbit
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in health plan/health care settings
- Medicaid and/or Medicare experience
- Familiarity with medical claims technology
- SQL experience
- Ability to work standard hours aligned with Eastern Time Zone
