City Wide Facility Solutions in Lexington, KY is seeking a motivated Business Operations Coordinator to help grow our network of independent contractors and service vendors across Central Kentucky. You will recruit commercial cleaning companies, guide onboarding, and support the operations team.

The role emphasizes outbound calls, appointment setting, and relationship building. A strong communicator who is organized and self-motivated will thrive in this position with a Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Sales, recruiting, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, making outbound calls, setting appointments, and developing new business opportunities. You'll recruit commercial cleaning companies and contractors, guide them through our onboarding process, and help support our growing operations team.
