Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join their European team remotely. This position requires coordinating various business operations, managing special projects, and supporting internal processes. Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our European team. The position could be covered fully remotely from Hungary, Serbia Poland or Slovakia.
Position Summary:
The Business Operations Associate will work with management and employees throughout the organization to advance business objectives in operations, sales and marketing, and corporate functions.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to the following as needed:
• Actively support and help coordinate business operations projects
• Coordinate and oversee execution / completion of special projects as needed
• Perform data entry into various business operations software, trackers, data bases, etc.
• Help manage and maintain company knowledge tracking, including company and employee experience tables
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports (including analytics and data tracking reports) as needed
• Participate in development/modification of department tools and procedures
• Support internal and external customer inquiries
• Support proposals and contracts teams as needed
• Participate in department, company, vendor, and client meetings as needed
• Consistently follow Precision’s policies and procedures in performing duties
• Follow applicable regulations, including FDA and ICH as applicable
• Participate in / Lead other departmental activities and perform other tasks as needed
• Work Closely with clients, vendors, partners, senior management, and other internal team members to drive business operations efforts forward
• Assist with company marketing / sales initiatives as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• BA / BS degree in Business or similar field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients and coworkers
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently defining priorities based on goals and objectives
• Strong communication, analytical and multi-tasking skills
• Strong organizational skills
Preferred:
• Prior experience working in a clinical CRO
• Working knowledge of how clinical trials are conducted
• Competency in reading and understanding clinical budgets
• Prior experience in business operations, proposal development, sales and marketing, or project management
• Experience using Sales Force or other CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit technical content
• Demonstrated history working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to write and talk effectively across multiple functional areas in relation to clinical
trials
