The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a portfolio of client accounts and a network of external partners while also leading sales conversations for the accounts you manage. Divide your time between relationship work and building the processes that help operations grow. This is an early, high-ownership position suited to someone comfortable with ambiguity.
What you’ll do

Build and maintain relationships with top-performing external partners and keep them engaged.
Run product demos on your own, understand client needs and close straightforward deals before handing them to account management.

Spot expansion opportunities within existing accounts through close knowledge of each customer.
Develop systems and playbooks that help operations scale, working closely with the operations team.
What we’re looking for
1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-autonomy setting such as operations, recruiting, private equity or consulting.
Comfort juggling many client and partner relationships and a steady flow of incoming requests while staying organized and reliable.
Strong written and verbal communication with the warmth and sharpness to build trust quickly.
Self-directed, resourceful and comfortable working without an established playbook.
A university degree, with a US, Canadian or UK institution preferred.
Willingness to work on-site five days per week.
