What You Will Contribute

As a Business Operations Analyst, you'll be at the core of our company, contributing to a broad range of projects.

This role will give you critical insight into the processes that keep our business running smoothly while helping you develop an understanding of our culture and values.

You’ll gain first-hand experience with the software sales function, learning how to manage people and processes to address the diverse challenges faced by Business Operations.

This role will be both challenging and rewarding. You'll receive guidance from an experienced team, ensuring you get your career off to a strong start and realize your full potential.

Business Operations support for the Platform and Optimization sales organization, working collaboratively with members of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce systems and Sales processes to solve business problems and uncover opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Provide support to the Sales quarterly cadence and sales enablement agenda

Create, analyze, visualize, and manage reports and data that support the health of our business.

Identify pipeline trends and insights while promoting accuracy and progression leveraging the MEDDPICC qualification framework as a guide.

Strategic design of annual goals and performance metrics enabling Sales to achieve corporate targets.

Contribute to and support our Go to Market strategy and planning process.

Prepare internal executive level presentations to report on regional performance.

Conduct special projects at the direction of our Business Operations leadership team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for diverse audiences at all levels.

Confidence and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite to create leadership presentations or briefing documents.

Advanced Excel user, leveraging advanced formulas, pivot tables, queries, and macros; other cloud-based reporting tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake a plus.

Willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Experience in software sales operations, compensation, or finance.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $70,000 to $110,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
