Our client, a leading provider in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Network organization supporting the Kelsey team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Job Title:

Business Operations Analyst

Location:

100 Connell Drive, Berkeley Heights, NJ

Pay Range:

$40 - $42/hr (Only W2)

Responsibilities:
  • Support the disputes process for specific Network transactions.
  • Track, follow-up, and communicate daily with customers, including financial institutions and merchants.
  • Assist with pre-arbitration and arbitration cardholder dispute cases.
  • Handle other back-office functions related to the debit network business.
  • Learn about debit payments in the United States and increase responsibilities within the Network team.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers at a manager or director level.
