Job Title: Business Operations Analyst 2

Location: Fremont, CA 94538

Duration: 2 years with possible extension based on client needs

Client: Semiconductor Company

Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour on W2 (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Virtual Flex - 1-2 days onsite, M-F 8 AM - 5 PM PST, 40 hours/week

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst with SAP transactional experience, preferably with SAP service orders IW73, to analyze transactional data, ensure data consistency between SAP & Microsoft Dynamics, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves monitoring SAP service orders, establishing best practices, processing customer master requests, maintaining data accuracy, navigating SAP records, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Strong data analysis skills to generate insights and support decision-making are essential. Familiarity with SAP FSM, CS, PM, or SD modules, and experience with SAP install base and equipment records are preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
