The budgeted hiring salary/target range for this position is from $83,800 - $100,000 annually, with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.

Under the direction of the Strategic Business and Analysis Manager, the F&T Business Operations Analyst serves as the primary business intelligence, business process, operational analysis, and business data analyst. The role involves providing analytical, technical, planning, and operational support for day-to-day operations and independently handling a full range of responsibilities within the function. The analyst possesses broad job knowledge, analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope, and determines solutions. Key duties include providing real-time business intelligence to operational staff, recommending changes to increase operational and cost efficiencies, conducting rigorous financial analyses related to revenues and service utilization across various transportation services, interpreting complex data from telematics devices, and developing metrics for qualitative analysis. The role also involves providing process and technical training, developing documentation, and acting as a liaison with IT and TPMG staff for technology tools and troubleshooting proprietary software. Backup support for customer service and escalation support for operational systems are also required. The position demands high efficiency, accuracy, professionalism, analytical and presentation skills, discretion, and compliance with policies and transportation laws.
