Job summary

Twilight Gardens – Norwalk, OH is seeking an energetic and responsible Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our leadership team. This full-time role focuses on financial and administrative operations within a skilled nursing facility, interfacing with residents, families, and government payers.

The BOM will oversee billing, verification, reporting, and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with facility leadership and corporate support teams.

Qualifications

• Long-Term Care experience required.
• Insurance verification and billing experience required.
• 2–3 years of Business Office Manager/Director experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Complete insurance verification and assist with billing processes.
• Maintain accurate resident financial records and accounts.
• Manage resident trust accounts.
• Complete month-end reporting and account reconciliation.
• Work with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding billing.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Implement and administer company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership and corporate departments to support operations.
