As our **Business Office Manager**, you'll be the maestro of the business office symphony, handling accounts receivable, resident billing, accounts payable, payroll, central supply, and the Resident Trust Fund. You'll also oversee the flow of resident care supplies like a pro, all while collaborating with the Administrator. Plus, you'll lend a hand in prepping nursing department supplies and managing medical records. Experience in a long-term care facility is a big plus!
**What We’re Looking For:**
- High school diploma or GED – check!
- Experience as a Business Office Manager (BOM) or in a similar role – absolutely!
- Central supply experience – bonus points!
- Long Term Care/Sub Acute Rehab experience – we’d love it!
- Current/active CPR certification – a must-have!
