Job Summary:

Granite Rehabilitation and Wellnessis currently seeking aBusiness Office Manager (BOM). The ideal professional will be a well-rounded and organized individualthat has an understanding of Medicaid, Medicare and insurance billing.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains records of A/R, A/P, payroll, admissions, bank deposits, census, and resident’s personal fund interest-bearing account.

  • Perform monthly billing process of resident’s responsible party.

  • Assist with the admission of new residents, discussing financial arrangements with the responsible party, and confirming admissions forms are completed.

  • Maintain petty cash account, reconcile account, and request replenishment as needed.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Required:High School diploma or equivalent

  • Preferred:Two years’ business office experience

  • Preferred:Knowledge of medical insurance billing to include Medicaid, Medicare
