We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our dedicated team at The Legacy at Crystal Falls, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community that prides itself on delivering exceptional care and service to our residents and families.

As the Business Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting our Executive Director and management team with financial and administrative operations that keep our community running smoothly. Experience in Senior Living administration required.

Business Office Manager Responsibilities include:
  • Manage day-to-day business office functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and resident billing.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain resident records and ensure timely billing and collections.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and department leaders.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff by demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources policy and processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting practices
