Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with billing/collections and patient trust accounting experience.
• Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform business office functions including accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial, and medical records.
• Oversee billing, collections, and patient trust accounting processes.
• Support administration and ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications for Business Office Manager (BOM) :

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with specific billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience.

• Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred.

• Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience preferred.
