Senior Living Community Office Manager

Ensures effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors to the community.

Ensures residents are properly billed for services and leads the timely collection of receivables.

Oversees payroll processes to ensure accurate payment to associates.

Ensures vendor invoices are billed correctly and processed promptly.

Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program.

Veterans, active duty military personnel, and spouses are encouraged to apply. We support associates in naturalization processes with fee advances up to $725.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the business office operations of the community.
  • Attract, engage, develop, and retain staff to provide high-quality care and services, minimizing premium labor use in conjunction with HR.
  • Support the Executive Director in driving growth and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors.
  • Ensure proper billing and timely collection of receivables.
  • Oversee payroll to ensure correct payments.
  • Manage vendor invoices and payments.
  • Promote an inclusive community culture.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent required; additional experience can substitute education. Minimum of three years related experience preferred, managerial experience is a plus.

May supervise other departments.
