Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in analysis
• Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in analysis is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in financial services is preferred
• 1+ year of experience in consulting is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in people management is preferred

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
• Leadership: May manage and develop 1-2 analysts; coach and mentor associates
• Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product level modeling/analytics
• Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform new customer experiences
• Credit Risk: Improve credit performance by building risk models and testing hypotheses
• Execution: Manage delivery of business intent and oversee multiple projects
• Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others
• Strategic & analytic orientation: Use analytics to inform decisions; strong quantitative orientation
• Executive communication: Clear written and oral communication to drive agreement
• Results orientation: Focus on short and long term goals in a fast-paced env.
