This leadership role is responsible for overseeing multiple client account teams while delivering exceptional financial, operational, and advisory services to a diverse client base.

The Business Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, partnering closely with internal leadership and cross functional teams to coordinate accounting, bookkeeping, tax planning, financial reporting, and wealth management services. This individual will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, developing team members, and maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple client service teams
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client relationships
• Review financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and advisory services
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
• Collaborate with senior leadership on client strategy and business initiatives
• Manage client expectations and maintain high levels of responsiveness and service quality
• Support staff development through coaching, feedback, and performance management

Qualifications
