Role Description

The Front Office Business Management team supports the Coverage Capital Markets and Structured Debt Businesses. We are hiring a new Front Office Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and oversee Front Office projects and strategic initiatives to drive change and implement business priorities.
• Produce management presentations on business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Develop analytics, metrics, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare materials for business unit messaging to Front Office management and Sales and Trading Leadership.
• Lead budget and forecast preparations.
• Enhance front office productivity through operational efficiencies, technology, and process improvements.

Role Objectives

• Provide strategic recommendations to management to achieve financial goals.
• Lead work streams and projects to improve front office efficiencies.
• Create compelling financial presentations.
• Analyze market position, deal volumes, and profitability metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and prepare performance reports for leadership.
• Engage with bankers on performance metrics and pipelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Preferably 1-2 years in Investment Banking or management consulting.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, reporting, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn new tools quickly.
