We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Manager to lead operations from our Portland, OR office. In this key leadership role, you will oversee multiple client sites and branch teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong, long-term client relationships. The Business Manager is responsible for performance management, and compliance with all company policies, contract requirements, and regulatory standards, and brings hands-on operations experience, strong people leadership skills, and a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams, improve margins and profitability, and drive continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and client satisfaction across the district.
