You will select, hire, and supervise staff, coordinate onboarding and ongoing training, implement pricing strategies, and drive aggressive growth while monitoring performance and resolving issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years' of relevant work experience.
• General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training.
• Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment.
