As a Business Manager at BBDO Chicago, you serve as a primary coordinator between clients and internal teams, managing projects from initiation through delivery. You ensure clear communication,accuratedocumentation, quality control, and effective project execution while supporting creative development, production processes, and budget management.

Thingsyou’lldo:

• Develop important legal documents for campaigns for client and internal approvals.
• Develop a comprehensive summary of client discussion/agreements and ensure the agency takesappropriateandtimelyaction.
• Effectively support the creative process by coordinatinglogisticsand timing, whilemonitoringbudget implications associated with development.
• Organize andparticipatein production meetings.
• Prepare materials for production and troubleshoot issues throughout the production process.
• Maintain an orderly structure of shared servers.
• Begin to understand budget management,financial impact, and timelines to ensure delivery of projects on time.
• Begin to understand the meaning andimpactof key financial measures and how to use financial analysis to evaluate opportunities.

$55,000 - $70,000
