Essential Functions of a Business Management Trainee:

1. Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently provide world-class service while assisting in closing sales.
2. Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine our direct approach to customers to expand sales revenue.
3. Meet with new and prospective customers directly.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships within the entry-level sales and marketing team.
5. Ensure customer expectations are met by providing outstanding service.
6. Address questions related to daily sales activities and manage requests for reports and sales tracking information.

Essential Requirements for a Business Management Trainee:
