Essential Functions as a Business Management Trainee:

• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to provide world-class service while assisting in closing sales
• Innovate ways to enhance and redefine our direct approach to expand sales revenue
• Meet with new and prospective customers directly
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the sales and marketing team
• Ensure customer expectations are met by providing outstanding service
• Respond to questions from the sales team and manage requests for reports and sales tracking

Essential Requirements of a Business Management Trainee:
