Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Manager – Manager Level 3 in California (Goleta, Redondo Beach or Oxnard) to lead financial planning and analysis for the Deployables Business Unit. The role requires steering forecasting, EV reporting, and contract cost control, while guiding a team of program cost analysts across locations.

The candidate will manage proposals, risks, and performance metrics in support of national and international programs, with travel up to 25%.

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience including people management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance.
• Experience with program proposals, cost and schedule control, or forecasting.
• Experience leading diverse teams and handling multiple time-sensitive deliverables.

Ready to join forces with our visionary team?Our Business Management Manager will support our Deployables Business Unit and will oversee all financial aspects of the Business Unit’s financial and strategic objectives. You will help coordinate and lead all business management functions including but not limited to quarterly EAC process, financial forecasting, monthly reporting, earned value management and pricing. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
