A master's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a closely related field is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Management, Human Resources, or other business-related disciplines. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
Must perform routine classroom and instructional duties, including standing or sitting for extended periods while teaching, facilitating discussions, and conducting instructional activities. Requires regular use of computers, instructional technology, and standard office equipment. Must lift and carry instructional materials weighing up to 20 pounds, move between classrooms and campuses as needed, and travel for meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Effective verbal communication essential for classroom instruction, presentations, and interactions with students, faculty, staff, and the public.
