Public Service Electric & Gas Co. (PSEG) is seeking a qualified candidate to support analytics for the Construction Inquiry Leadership team.

The role involves data-driven decision making and backlog support within the Net Meter Compliance and Make Ready workflows. The position requires a BachelorS degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience, with proficiency in Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SAP.

Qualifications

• BachelorS Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0-2 years relevant professional experience, or 4+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient with Access, Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP.
• Experience in process documentation and process redesign.
• Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Inquiry Leadership team through analytics and data driven decisions. At times, support the organization on backlog of applications.

• Gain an understanding of the New Business Process, in particular our Net Meter Compliance and Make Ready workloads.

• The position at times requires travel and the successful incumbents must be flexible with their work schedule.

Job Specific Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 0-2 years relevant professional experience

• In lieu of a Bachelor's, at least 4 years of relevant work experience

• Proficient in Access, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Data Management experience, Teams, SAP

• Experience in process documentation and process redesign

• Analytical aptitude
