London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is launching a flagship graduate programme in the US, starting September 2027, designed to rotate through markets, post-trade, and risk teams. As a graduate, you will join one of our flagship trading services – London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise – or LCH, our global leading multi-asset clearing houses.

Success graduates will join LSEG’s Markets division on the rotational programme.

We help customers across the trade life cycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency in clearing and reporting obligations, while granting access to diverse liquidity pools across various asset classes, fostering growth for customers, communities, and economies worldwide.

This dynamic nature of the division means grads will join a fast-paced environment where instant reaction and long-term vision are equally important.

This graduate programme brings together our Capital Markets and Post Trade businesses to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions.

As a graduate you can expect exposure/rotations across

• Solve problems for our FX customers! We understand their business goals, maintain relationships with existing customers, keep them informed and deal with post sale activity.
• Or research analysis into global markets which could have a focus on debt listings, valuations, and shareholder and geographic analysis.
• Or Delivery of business intelligence, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements
• Or Risk teams, which involves monitoring and analysing risks, and interpreting data in readiness for the delivery of risk projects or reporting.

Joining as a graduate will allow you to be an individual contributor, and assist the product lifecycle, and work as a team to develop specialist skills. To allow us to place you in the right area, during the recruitment process we will get to know your skills and interest and how they align with the needs of the business.

To be eligible you must be a graduate who has completed your studies in 2026 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student and have completed all the requirements of your course before September 2027.

Compensation/Benefits Information

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $62,800 - $104,600. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
