This organization plays a critical role in advancing next-generation semiconductor solutions used across consumer electronics, automotive, data centers, and beyond.

Overview
This strategic role supports the organization through financial planning and analysis, operational coordination, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting, business operations, and corporate finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis
• Review and analyze historical financial data and trends
• Manage G&A budgets and reporting
• Provide insights on business performance and regulatory changes
• Maintain intercompany billing and reconciliation
• Project Operations
• Support project tracking and updates in SAP
• Oversee invoicing, billing, and closeout for shared service projects
• Assist with SAP-related contract processing
• Sublease & Administrative Support
• Manage sublease agreements and financial reporting
• Support operational leadership with financial and business reports
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5–10 years of financial analysis experience
• Bilingual in Korean and English (reading/writing/speaking required)
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and SAP
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
