Job summary

Knowesis is seeking seven Business Management Analysts to support council governance, engagement planning, and policy research to facilitate effective critical infrastructure coordination for CISA.

The role emphasizes developing charters, planning meetings, tracking action items, and conducting policy research to inform DHS suitability and security policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in policy research, governance support, or project coordination.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (Public Trust).

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain charters, bylaws, membership structures, and procedural documents.
• Plan and support unclassified and classified meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and notetaking.
• Track and support closure of recommendations and action items using task management software and performance tracking dashboards.
• Conduct research on critical infrastructure, cyber and physical security policy, threats, and resilience.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of data by applying statistical methods and data visualization techniques.

Work Environment: Onsite

Clearance Required: Public Trust / DHS Suitability

Status: Contingent Upon Award

Anticipated Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000

Knowesis is seeking seven (7) Business Management Analysts to support council governance, engagement planning, and policy research to facilitate effective critical infrastructure coordination for CISA.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop, update, and maintain charters, bylaws, membership structures, and procedural documents.
• Plan and support unclassified and classified meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and notetaking.
• Track and support closure of recommendations and action items using task management software and performance tracking dashboards.
• Conduct research on critical infrastructure, cyber and physical security policy, threats, and resilience.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of data by applying statistical methods and data visualization techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in policy research, governance support, or project coordination.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (Public Trust)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting CISA or other DHS agencies
