Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal or other relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or paralegal certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain case files, indices and chronologies.
• Assemble and organize materials for attorney or client review.
• Utilize word processing, spreadsheets, databases and imaging in discovery and case management.
• Assist in document production, including review for production and privilege, tagging and redaction, and logs.
• Coordinate with E-Discovery vendors and manage quality control of productions.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda or pleadings.
• Assist with depositions and trial preparation including exhibits and witness binders.
• Coordinate motions and briefs and ensure proper filing and service.
• Provide proactive management of larger cases and coordination of support efforts.
