BCG Attorney Search seeks a motivated Business Litigation Attorney for its Houston, TX office. You will handle complex commercial disputes and cross-border challenges, representing clients in state and federal courts with a focus on strategic litigation development.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in business disputes, strong research and writing, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with a national and international network.

Qualifications

• 7 years of litigation experience focused on commercial or business disputes.
• Admission to the TX State Bar.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Handle contract, IP, international, cannabis, and business-tort disputes.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and international networks.
• Engage in business development and maintain strong client relationships.
