The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in business disputes, strong research and writing, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with a national and international network.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal courts.

A law firm seeks a motivated Business Litigation Attorney to join its practice in Houston, TX. This role offers hybrid and remote flexibility, allowing the attorney to engage in complex commercial disputes and cross-border challenges with a diverse client base.

The law firm handles a broad range of legal issues related to Intellectual Property, Transactional, Litigation, Franchise Law, Employment Law, Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisition, Bankruptcy / Restructuring, Tax Planning & Controversies, Commercial Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Immigration Law. It has offices in Dallas and Houston, Texas; and Santa Clara, California.

Duties

• Represent clients in state and federal courts.
