We Are Legal Revolution, a recognized boutique litigation platform focusing on insurance, employment and business disputes, seeks a Business Litigation Associate to join its defense-side team in Los Angeles.

This role offers direct partner access, mentorship from experienced trial and appellate advocates, and a hybrid schedule with in-office presence Tuesday to Thursday, providing substantial courtroom and writing responsibilities on sophisticated commercial disputes.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar, in good standing.
• 3-8 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in complex commercial disputes.
• Strong academics; writing sample required.
• Preferred: Trial, arbitration or motion practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated commercial dispute strategy.
• Prepare high-quality written advocacy materials.
• Collaborate closely with partners and teams.
