FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a Business Litigation Associate for the Charleston, West Virginia office. The role requires 2–3 years of litigation experience, familiarity with written discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motions, and WV licensure or the ability to obtain it.

The Charleston, West Virginia office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates Are Also Eligible For

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
• Annual subjective bonus
