The role requires 2–3 years of litigation experience, familiarity with written discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motions, and WV licensure or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions.
• Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations.
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• West Virginia licensure, or ability to obtain it.
