Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, human resources or related field.
• Experience teaching adult learners and/or in a community college.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Commitment to community college philosophy and student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective didactic and skills instruction to engage adult learners.
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment and adhere to policies.
• Collaborate on curriculum development, instructional design and assessment.
• Maintain participation and performance records; respond to inquiries; report incidents.
• Support professional development and partner onboarding; maintain competence and licensure.
