Job summary

Stealth Law Firm in Mankato, MN seeks a Business Law Attorney (Transactional) to handle corporate contracts, entity formation, and transactional matters for clients locally, nationally, and internationally.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in business/corporate/transaction law, is licensed in Minnesota (additional licenses a plus), and can manage mergers, acquisitions, and advisory work with diligence and discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business, corporate, or transaction law.
• Experience managing mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and advisory work.
• Licensed to practice in Minnesota; additional license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Experience and skills needed:

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with a primary focus on business, corporate, or transaction law
• Manage a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, succession planning and general corporate advice and counsel.
• Licensed to practise in Minnesota. An additional license is a big plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
